12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12.3. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
13. ANTI-BRIBERY / ANTI-CORRUPTION
You agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in India, including the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and the Indian Penal Code, 1860. You shall not offer or accept bribes or unlawful inducements in connection with your use of the Platform.
