Prof. Dipak C. Jain (DIN: 00228513) earned his M.Sc in Mathematical Statistics from Guwahati University and his Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He holds a distinguished reputation as both an educator and a scholar. He assumed the role of Dean at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University USA, from 2001 to 2009, and later served as Dean at INSEAD, a prominent business school located in Fontainebleau (Paris), France. Following this, he served as Director at the SASIN Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Presently, Professor Jain holds the title of Professor of Marketing at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), bringing with him over 40 years of expertise in management education. He has published several articles in esteemed international journals focusing on marketing and related disciplines. Additionally, he served as the President (European) of China Europe International Business School from 2017 to 2022.

Mr. Natarajan M (DIN: 05324934) is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Over the course of his career, Mr. Natarajan has held several key leadership positions viz. Managing Director - Wrigley India Private Limited, Managing Director- Mars International, Head of Grocery, Fruits, and Vegetables Retail at Ninja Cart, Business Head – Snacks at J K Foods Limited and Chief Business Officer at VLCC Personal Care Limited. His expertise encompasses consumer / customer facing roles including Brand building, product portfolio strategy, Route to market, Channel management, supply chain efficiency and team leadership. He brings deep domain knowledge in the areas of processed foods, beverages, and personal care products. The said skills have been developed vide his tenure across MNCs, Indian companies and start-up companies. Mr. Natarajan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing and Finance) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Nagpur.

Mr. K. Sudarshan (DIN: 01029826) is an Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. He leads EMA Partners across India, Singapore & the Middle East and is part of the global firm's executive board responsible for the Marketing & Communications portfolio. Operating from Mumbai & Singapore, he has over 25 years of experience in Executive search and has led successful engagements for both Indian and multinational corporations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India. He is widely networked and recognized as an industry thought leader in India. He has also written several articles in leading business media across a variety of issues encompassing general management, human resources, and academics.

Ms. Riddhi Bhimani (DIN 10072936) is a postgraduate in marketing and has over 15
years of diversified work experience in the areas of sales, marketing and operations in the FMCG and Retail Industry. She inter alia possesses skills in leadership role, corporate governance, risk management and strategic planning. She has driven various key projects in Risk Consulting, Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management during her tenure with Ernst and Young (India) for several multinational as well as domestic companies. She has a wide experience in policy documentation, financial / non-financial controls and process re-engineering. She is an independent consultant and is an independent director on the Board of Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (BSE listed), Reliance Syngas Limited, Reliance Logistics and Warehouse Holdings Limited etc.

Mr. T. Krishnakumar (DIN: 00079047) is a BE (Hons) from the College of Engineering, Guindy. He has done his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and also Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School, USA. He has over 38 years of rich experience with leading, reputed companies like Asian Paints, Henkel India, Murugappa group, IFFCO group (Tiffany) UAE, Johnson & Johnson and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd in various spheres including General management, strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, supply chain, team building and governance. He was the Chairman and CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., India and also the Chairman of Coca Cola India Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Ketan Mody (DIN: 07723933) is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has over 22 years of experience spanning various industries including FMCG, Retail, & Telecom, Fashion & Lifestyle, in treasury, finance and strategy roles. His expertise lies in business strategy, operations, planning & strategic alliances. He has worked extensively in corporate development and inorganic growth, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and joint ventures (JVs).

Mr. Asim Parekh (DIN: 00056125) brings with him over 36 years of experience across the FMCG industry. He has experience in developing and executing a supply chain strategy, overseeing physical asset operations including manufacturing/production, inventory management, operational compliance, and strategic procurement and value chain optimization. Mr. Asim holds a B.Tech from IIT-Kharagpur and a post-graduate degree from ISB Hyderabad.

Mr. Abhijeet Pai (DIN: 02100465), a B.E. Hons. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, is a seasoned entrepreneur. He is currently serving as President of Puzzolana Group, a leading manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment for infrastructure and mining in Asia. He has also co-founded ‘Gruhas’, an investment arm focusing on early-stage investments across built-world tech, AI, and energy transition. He has also forayed into the construction equipment sector by establishing Pai Machines.

Mr. Aditya Pai (DIN: 07538946), a Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Master of Engineering in Business Management from the University of Warwick, U.K., is an emerging entrepreneur. His competencies lie in business development, business processes, and strategic systems development, and he plays an instrumental role in Puzzolana Group, a family venture. Mr. Aditya Pai is also on the Board of P.M.F. Estates Private Limited.
